When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at help@vibepicks.net with your order number and the new address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We will announce any changes to our shipping policy on our website.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in an unused condition. Please contact us at support@vibepicks.net before sending any returns. For more details, please see our Return & Refund Policy page.
An item is out of stock. When will it be back?
You can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. Simply enter your email, and we will notify you as soon as the item is available again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. We plan to add more payment options in the future!
